The cabin is brand new with a fully equipped kitchen, additional outdoor space with kitchen/cooking, and trees all around.This cabin is set up as a large studio space with sleeping, kitchen and living room. A large deck for watching the birds! Brand new built! Studio unit with spacious bath and fully equipped kitchen. A Rancho for outdoor additional sitting and grill. A community of 4 cabins with a large Rancho, walking areas, fire pits and more. We have a Whats Ap to message and deliver fresh eggs, local coffee, or arrange any tours as needed. Tronadora is "adorable". Close to San Luis where you can easily drop in paddle boards to Lake Arenal, the location is ideal. We are a walk to Gutierez Pizza and several stores. Brisas Restaurant is under 1 KM and other restaurants in town. The park is lovely, as are many areas to access the lake! We are a short drive to Peninsula 1 & 2 where you can walk and enjoy nature & lake views. We have plenty of parking, and the bus is 100 meters from the main gate! Private entry gate and totally fenced property. There are a total of 4 cabins on property. Our house is next door for easy access if you need anything!
